Am I A Carer?

A carer can be anyone, Including children and adults, who looks after a loved one, family member, or a friend who needs help because of illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and could not cope without there support.

The care they give is unpaid..

so please tell us at surgery if you are a carer for a family member or a friend.

Or if you have a family member or friend caring for you.

  • We are wanting to develop our Carers Register 
  • we can then look at the services & support we can offer 
  • in time we will be looking at carers assesment & a carers passport
